So we got ourselves a real deal last week. After patiently waiting like decades of when will the real brawls will take place, the previous episode finally quenches our thirst. We have learn that Spartacus and Crixus will continue to argues on everything, Spartacus capacity of leading the rebellion was also questioned but I’d rather choose not to look into this case further since there has more important things to see than what the rebels got in mind. I’m talking about the Roman’s who I’m sure you also know how they patiently waiting for the right time to strike while Marcus Crassus is definitely the man who have so many to offer. We have seen the monster within him in "Decimation" episode. Yes, he is the one Spartacus must fear so is the clever mind of Marcus Licinius Crassus. With them both working like vampire’s in the night, rebels will soon find themselves dealing with the devil’s face.

I knew you have been asking what might happen if Spartacus loses control on his men, guys, it won’t be a question anymore because the upcoming Spartacus: War of the Damned Episode 5: Blood Brothers will deal with it. It is the upcoming episode of the series which will air this 1st of March. This is not just another episode where bloods are all over the place or uncontrolled emotions, it was more than that. It is drama and real story filled with emotions. On the upcoming episode, Crixus will continue to play as the hard-headed man in the team while Spartacus is done thinking about being fair, now his taking real action. Roman’s on the other hand are also having their moment, like thinking what’s the best plan to make sure no Spartacus men will live! There are still many to tell about “Blood Brothers” but I’ll leave the rest on you. Check out your tv screens, that’s the best you can do and enjoy.

Lots of things were going on lately, some we can tell are really not for our eyeballs but there were scenes we can accommodate well. But please no more body parts thorns in pieces because it was really gross. I don't find my best appetite for than in whole day and I almost throw-up. Elsewhere, Spartacus: War of the Damned was another fun-to-watch show. How many viewers can afford to at least leave their chairs to pee while the show was going on, bet none! If you think the previous episode quenching drama was all we got, think again. The show was more of giving us a taste of everything, the real drink will be quite far to reach anyway.

Since we are done with "Men of Honor" but in some case you have miss it, just click here for the review. Moving one we are well… on the 4th episode (I just can't believe how things go fast). Don't be surprise when you find out that this week we are free from brawls since it was on the plan already. Spartacus: War of the Damned Episode 4-Declemation will be air on February 22nd.

Spartacus seems haunted by his own demons while Laeta despite the fact of what she has been facing trying to stand with strong knees. She might be the new source of Spartacus strength in the near future just by seeing the passion that lays in their eyes but while it hasn't happening yet, Tiberius has to paid the price of his wrong doing on the previous episode. His father will show no mercy upon bestowing what he thinks his sons deserve.

If rebel's think they were the only clever once, well, Roman's are getting their boots on to join the ride. Marcus Licinius Crassus ordered his armies to give-up their fighting suits instead switch to dresses similar to what rebels are wearing. It is not because they were out of resources but actually it was all part of the "it is payback time" plan. His men will blend in and when they penetrated inside Spartacus lair that is where they will show what they were really made off. I just don't know if Spartacus will see them coming but knowing Marcus, there will be blood of river in this forthcoming episode.

Don’t just be excited too much, just check-out the trailer below and enjoy!

Spartacus: War of the Damned: Episode 3 Review

It was hard pack of muscles and fights that happened on the recently aired "Men of Honor" which was the 3rd installment of the series final saga. Rebels are defying Roman's law, although it takes more than just guts to go all the way to war they don't know if they ever win, but it was more better to gamble than forever live life like they were controlled puppet. So, Spartacus together with people who believes in him desire to break the strength of Roman Empire. What they don't know, they just hit the small parts, within lies the very heart of Rome are thousands of great armies waiting for the right time to strike back. But before it took place, Spartacus has to deal first those bugging bees like on the previous episode.

After successfully taking Sinuessa en Valle for themselves, it were bigger problems started to arise, nonetheless before that, Attius was ordered to forge swords made from the repurposed metal of chains and shackles. Attius seems hesitant himself but we have seen how he beautifully welded new swords later on.

Hunger seems the issues still, it was not the rebels alone who are dealing with lacking of food so are the rebel's poor hostages who are crawling for just a tiny bit of loaf bread. While now feeling they have every right to let the romans feels what they have feel before, rebels are trying to raise themselves and enjoy playing tricks to a poor bread maker who only wanted a crust of bread for his pregnant wife. Nemetes bides his time by collecting as much coin as he possibly can – in one instance, offering a pregnant woman’s husband a loaf of bread in exchange for information on where he kept his money. We just don't want to anticipate fair game here because no one wanted to play fair, right after the "tell me where your money" is drama, the baker who have never hold sword in his whole life was forced to fight just to amuse the bored crowd. He did win the fight but Naevie wanted to play her part gladly Attius appeared and interrupts them.

What was happening to those people anyway, I mean they were standing because Roman's enslave them and kill them with no regards, but seeing how they just tease and kill those people whose seen are just living inside the Roman's empire yet never hold swords themselves; they had no difference with their enemy at all.

Also, seems someone can't get over with the past. Although pains heels but never the scar of past. Naevie was still fighting her own demons but I really don't want to deal with her further since the appearance of the Pirates in the story catches my interest more.

Since it was food that brings all those troubles, Spartacus finds way how to resolve the issues. However, he just can't tell if the man his dealing can be a trustful one. The pirates are looking to continue the bargain they had with the late Ennius; one that granted them use of his official seal. The pirates propose a continuation of that deal, which grants Spartacus the opportunity to purchase supplies. Although hesitant, it is better to gamble than see those men dying in hunger.

The newly hailed as the general of his father's army, Tiberius made just the wrong move. Although he thinks his surprise attack will work, in the end the truth slap his face that he needed more than just planning.

Of course "Men of Honor" tells more and yes, the intimate moment between strong jaws will never erase in the picture but let us not deal with it further since I'm feeling awkward talking about it. The relationship between Laeta and Spartacus might be as well taking to the next level since I'm guessing the slaving part will never go far for her. Hmnnn, just think of the lovely face, I know Spartacus heart will be shattered to see her sleeping unwell in a muddy ground.

There were still to come, for the meantime this is all I can tell about the recently aired episode of Spartacus: War of the Damned. Keep yourselves working on and ready to see more on our bloody and dramatic favorite tv show.

Right after the success of "Wolves at the Gate", we can't hold our horses anymore but crave for what is next in store for us. The previous episode goes beyond what we have expected. Although we are looking for some bloody brawls, but getting it earlier was a bonus. Heading to the very lair of the Roman's for the hungry stomach of his men, Spartacus knew he was trying to conquer fire to his bare hand however, it takes only a matter of perfect plan before he and the rest owns the city that hides precious grains. The fight went well for them but the price Spartacus has to pay is seeing those innocent people and child cover in blood, lifeless. They no nothing them, the only mistakes they carried was they were born as Roman's with slight gold’s on their spoon.

Having Julius Caesar around only makes the story more interesting. Seeing how the guy feels no pain and ready to show his claws to any men, Spartacus fear is about to come. Anyway, the excitement is just starting and Spartacus: War of the Damned Episode 3 Men of Honor will continue the fun. It will be airing this very 8th of February on its regular timeslot.

Check-out the trailer below to see how ferocious this new Spartacus: War of the Damned episode might become. Spartacus and his men are heading for their next target but before that, they have to first face the new arrive people whom we could not yet tell if it is enemies or allies. For sure Spartacus is working for a plan that rather than gaining another enemy, he will make the new arrival as allies. After all, Rome is so much!

Watch Spartacus: War of the Damned Online - It has already begun. Before it was all about stolen life, recently, they were dealing things personally. They were standing for the dignity and honor stolen by those royal people. It wasn't necessary that if you are a farmer yourselves or slaves, you have to put yourselves to the extent that higher one will throw spit on your head. Worst, they also owns your lives and take this any moment they wanted to. Such cruelty are just natural sight in Roman's time where being rich means power and being poor means death. But one man stands against others, Spartacus; he was once slaves himself but now he defies the word of law and made his own history. After taking his vengeance to the man who causes him all the pains (Gaius Claudius Glaber), he is heading straight to the very might of Rome to vengeance the loss of his men. He will give the romans the taste of their very own dose of medicine.

On the previous episode, "Wolves at the Gate", rebellion's successfully conquer the city of Rome however, taking the lives of innocent people including women and child bring sorrow to Spartacus. However, tough decision should be made. If he wanted freedom for slaves, then some lives must be sacrifice.

Julius Ceasar finally appears, although we are expecting his toughness but being so much like a monster himself almost surprise us. We can already sees that he will be a man with no emotion and will see no mercy to those who will come across his path. Young Tiberius Licinius Crassus comes with pale skin and innocent look however, behind the face he got was a very dangerous man. He begs to lead his father's army and Marcus Licinius Crassus gives him his desire with no further talking. But we all knew Marcus himself has its own plan and perhaps letting Licinius leads his thousands of armies was just part of his clever plan.

I know you were not satisfied yet despite of what we have seen last week. Spartacus: War of the Damned Episode 3 Men of Honor will continue the drama and excitement in the hive of dangers. The forthcoming account will once again made history in which Spartacus considers striking a deal with a band of marauders to ensure his people stay supplied and fed. Crassus son Tiberius makes a bold and fateful decision. "Men of Honor" will air this 8th of February on the current year. Things are getting serious and bloodier, so make a memory of having this for your Sunday evening.

Saturday, February 2, 2013

"Spartacus: War of the Damned" hit another jackpot in the second episode of the final season "Wolves at the Gate". After he have gain victory  after he have killed his biggest foe, Glaber, Spartacus have amazed thousands of people which includes not just gladiators themselves but even ordinary people, farmers to be name. A strong armies of rebellion has been formed lead by non-other-than but Spartacus himself. Aside from pointing for the malleable part of Rome, foods are the main issue. Since they were all busy preparing for the biggest battle and none grows for the food, they will be out of stock soon, so Spartacus decided to take another dangerous move and that is having the city for themselves where tons of foods lays. Spartacus summons Diotimos to his tent and asks him all the information he knows about the Roman’s gate. Diotimos that it was impossible to penetrate the dragon lairs especially that the only option they were dealing is the main gate where traders are being question and no weapon is allowed. Gannicus remember a blacksmith he knows within the city, who could conceivably forge them swords once inside, if sufficiently paid off. They got the plan but they almost didn’t make it to the center luckily Spartacus manages to think for the better way to outsmart the guards. While inside, Spartacus, Gannicus and Crixus witness how a man has been condemn because he stole foods he will use for his journey upon searching for Spartacus and whispering of joining his team. The man receives countless throws of stone, but rather than beg for his life, he continue to stand what he believes. Spartacus then decided to end his suffering by throwing the final stone to him, straight to his head.

Julius Caesar first appearance on the other hand comes in very surprising way. Yes, it has been knowledge to us that he was tough but we never anticipate that he was such a bull-head man with no regards of any laws but his own words. However, it shows that he had big respect for Marcus Licinius Crassus. It may never certain for us when this two started to get-along, but it is no lie that their relationship comes deep. Caesar shows the emotion of a playful man but when it comes to battle, he also got his attention into it. When Crassus said they will going after Spartacus, he never question but simply ask when they will cut Spartacus head. Pretty scary huh?

Young Tiberius Licinius Crassus started to display strong emotion. Although he looks young and can be describe as a man under his father’s umbrella, but "Wolves at the Gate" shows he already knows what he want. If other boys on his age would rather get along with pretty girls, he shows his desires of leading his father’s armies which Marcus agrees easily.  Tiberius then promise to honor his father’s name in every fight he will face. Rather than be thrilled because he had son who follows his footstep, Marcus show no emotion at all instead focus on Caesar as if they both have their own dangerous game.

It comes to the hardest point were Spatacus have to follow what has been plan, conquering the city. For them to succeed, they had to kill numerous Roman’s including innocent child and women. Spartacus show less often emotion all the time, but as he sees the body of the innocent, he started to think with doubt. However, being the head of revolutions, he had to show toughness and that that’s all. Being weak means failure, he decided to take the path opposite to Rome so he as well will face the consequence it brings. It also comes to the part that Spartacus was forced to kill Laeta’s husband in order to save the precious grains from being destroyed. These aren’t bad people, but the absolute desperation for food and shelter forces Spartacus’s hand. His explanation to Laeta that he shares her pain due to all the death he has experienced felt more like he was trying to convince himself that he was doing the right thing than comfort her.

But what has been done was done; they now got the city for themselves and supply that will keep them alive until they hit the very heart of Rome. As they were celebrating for just claim victories, Roman’s are silently preparing for the right time to strike. How will things heat-up between two giants when they meet half-way, we will know that soon. There will be more Spartacus: War of the Damned beyond the line brawls to catch, but the best is save at the last! I know you have enjoyed the previous episode, please join me again on next week and we will once more talk this historical-base show.

Rebels are done brawling inside the arena. They were tired brandishing their swords inside the small cover area so they decided to let the game begin into the next level. Take their steps to an extensive area and give the audiences the very best fight they will never forget. They were once the mice of the kittens, the dolls of the royalties and the entertainments of the guest however, they as well have their own feelings that get tired especially if the lives of their love once are at stake. Thinking of going after the very might of Rome or atleast going against the head of the army and breaks the law was never on their list however, when being pushed to their limits they decided to stand and swore to take their revenge to those who begotten them. They will not be insurgents, not until they teach them how.

Spartacus together with his co-heads of the armies, Crixus, Ganicus, Agron are done pretending and following rules. Instead, they were heading to Rome to make their own rules wherein there will be no slaves but equality to everyone. Yet the Rome will allow no one to change what has been carved therefore they were sending their thousands of fighters to stop the rebels. Either capture them alive or take them dead, they don’t care as long as no threat will come to Rome.

In Spartacus: War of the Damned-Enemies of Rome, meeting Spartacus again was a delight. Although he and the other members of the table didn’t go well because they had their different ideas and things going on but seeing how they have gain thousands of new allies was enough to said, there will be no turning back but moving forward. They will draw their swords to the very heart of Roman Empire and they will start that by facing the “Wolves at the Gate”. It is the second episode of the series which will be air on the first day of February. What will happen when hungry wolves find the perfect foods? You see it for yourselves!

Roman’s Richest Marcus Licinius Crassus

Considered as the wealthiest man in Roman history, and among the richest men in all history, Marcus Licinius Crassus was one of those who have interesting back-bone. His was described as clever, ambitious, and craved for power. If there was one thing he desire most, that was defeating Spartacus by his very own bare hands, else he would also love to the praises comes from thousands of armies. Crassus began his public career as a military commander under Lucius Cornelius Sulla during his civil war. Following Sulla's assumption of the dictatorship, Crassus amassed an enormous fortune through real estate speculation. Crassus rose to political prominence following his victory over the slave revolt led by Spartacus, sharing the Consulship with his rival Pompey the Great. He was the one who had build his family own fortune after was been confiscated during the Marian-Cinnan proscriptions. Rather than use his iron hand, he simply do his very own trickery game.

In Spartacus: War of the Damned, we will see more of Marcus Licinius Crassus doing. We will witness how he have raises again and dominate thousands of armies to capture the rebels and most of all cut the head of Spartacus. British television actor Simon Merrells will portray his characters and whoops, I’ll leave the rest for your eyes in the premiere of Spartacus: War of the Damned Episode 1-Enemies of Rome which is the very first episode of this last and final installment of the series saga.

After Andy Whitfield has diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and undergoes treatment immediately in New Zealand, it has been a question of who will replace his rule as Spartacus, a Thracian gladiator who was brave and start a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic from 73 to 71 BC. I will never wonder if the show started to cast a new audition to find the best man to be the new Spartacus. However, it was later announced that an Australian actor Liam McIntyre will join the team as the new Spartacus. It was a surprise of course, I mean, will there be no Liam anymore aside that these two was quite opposite bit, Liam got bigger packs than him, taller than him and let's say he got that bad boy image while Liam can be compare to the boy-next-door. The first concern was then how will it works and how viewers face such changes on the show then? But we learn to cope up right?

September 2011, the saddest news has been delivered, Whitfield died of non-Hodgkin lymphoma in Sydney, Australia, 18 months after his initial cancer diagnosis. It comes the most unexpected way especially that we are hoping to see his return in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Anyway, that then made Liam McIntyre as the show’s regular member. On the coming Spartacus: War of the Damned, right after many successful episodes he have given to the show, he is back to reprise his role as Spartacus. He will be much bolder this time, stronger and the hunger for bringing Rome into downfall gets more intense. See him getting all those kicks and draws this 25th of January which is the premiere date of Spartacus: War of the Damned Episode 1-Enemies of Rome.

“Why it has to be end”? I’ve been asking that question to myself again and again. Although Steven S. DeKnight reveals the reason in Spartacus: War of the Damned - Comic-Con wherein he say that the series has been taken long, but I wasn’t convince that much.  I mean, I still wanted to see more of this gladiator’s thing and most especially the game of the roman empire. I wanted to see further how Spartacus becomes a legend aside from leading and winning humongous battle. But I guess there are no more to tell. Steven S. DeKnight however reveals that they were working hard to make this unforgettable season finale. It will be the biggest and epic closing moments that will make us crave to watch this again and again. There will be more blood, more lives to take and most of all, war we can ever imagine. They were bringing it all the way they can possibly could.

All the war we have seen before; bloods that flooded the arena; the uprising of the slaves and their battles into freedom, it was all nothing compare of what was coming. This is where it all ends, Spartacus together with his allies are heading straight to the very heart of Rome. There will be neither shake hands nor soft-talks but they were all waiving their sharp blades and settle everything through bloody fight. Rebels once cried to be heard and even beg for their freedom many times; did they bother to hear them? No, so therefore it is time to bring their own doze of medicine. Armed with hope, no one can stop them; not even the strongest men of Rome.

This will be the last and Spartacus: War of the Damned was throwing all the cards. Although, I don’t really wanted the show to end and perhaps I am not alone, but I guess it is time to move on guys and simply enjoy what this upcoming season got for us. The season will premiere on 25th of January and we can anticipate a big start for that. Bowl of popcorn and a comfort settee is then needed, so make sure you got them all infront of our tv screens.

Spartacus: War of the Damned-Behind the curtain

Did you ever wonder how such humongous empire was built in the middle of the dessert? Where those large rocks did came from and medieval houses which was still good as new in Spartacus tv series? Let me tell you a secret guys and it will be between us only, unless you wanted to share this to other. The secret behind all those amazing things and places that we have seen on the series only relay’s on geniuses mind. They don’t have to search for such exact place (which I guess don’t exist anymore due to time changes) just to tell us that “this is how it looks to be like thousands of years ago” instead they cleverly build a perfect empire inside the studio. Yep, read it right. All those seemingly perfect castle and the arena so are the rest of the small houses where build just inside the studio. Rather than bringing the cast to a certain place, they bring the place straight to their studio. It was just a matter of creativity and the power of research, and viola, they had finally clown the places and settings needed for the show.

Since Spartacus: War of the Damned will be the last and final installment of the entire Spartacus saga, everything about the show talks of extra effort, double effort than what they have done on the previous season. The settings are more bulgur, more extreme and dangerous to adapt the plot of the story. Also, how to make the characters looks like they were really into real battle, they have done extra effort to that. But to make everything bona fide, it all hails on whoever edited the series.

I wanted to tell you more, but I guess I was out of word right now. Instead of trying my very best to explain it further, I will leave the rest on the Making of Spartacus: War of the Damned – Sets video which is below on this post. Take a look on what haven’t told and what really happens behind the curtains of the show. Of course we love to watch what Spartacus: War of the Damned has to offer but seeing how things have been done would be great also.

The war that will determine of who are the strongest is just few days to wait. The fever is unstoppable and yes, we are wayyyy and wayyy so excited to see what awaits for us in Spartacus: War of the Damned. After the trailer, the getting to know who’s returning, whose not and whose new characters in the upcoming series, comic-con also enlightens us. We never complaint instead we love the idea that we have been updated of what might happened in “War of the Damned”. Everything about the story talks with excitement and for sure you will scream for more once you meet the villains and the rebels of the show. I’d rather forget my dinner but never spoil your night, so guys it is time to meet the boss and know their secrets as well as secret weapon to ensure their victory.

The Villains: What more is interesting than meeting the eagle’s eye. Marcus Licinius Crassus has always craved for power, respect. He is the most intelligent keen in mind that Spartacus has ever met. Julius Caesar on the other hand has the ability of battle field. You combine those two elements together and their unstoppable. Bonded with one game and the desire to destroy the rebels, they will never miss any brawls but gear themselves into the fullest to make sure no one can bring them down. They were the Romans and yes, they will be the toughest enemy of the rebels.

The Rebels: Spartacus, Crixus, Ganicus, Agron, they were the four who stands as the pillar of the rebels troops. They were strong, willing to go on a monstrous war however even the perfect group have their own flaws. They sometimes fight and even beat each other. Agron questions everything Spartacus says while Crixus pushing him at every opportunity to refocus on the plan because most of the time he thinks Spartacus is wrong. They think they were ready to face the very might of Rome, but are they really ready to face the wall?
If there is certain person I would fear of, it would be Crassus then. Although his face can compare to an innocence person on its best pale, but beneath is a wise leader who knows everything. Ignorant was not Crassus word because he got the best mind people should fear of. He was ambitious, starving for power and been wanting to have an ultimate military glory. He is the richest by far, resources was never a question and yes, the dangerous of all. And he will be one of the prickles in Spartacus way. He will lead thousands of armies to make sure rebels will not set foot even on the very vicinity of the Rome. Ambitions he been keeping since the very day he knows to spell it, by how far his aspirations will bring him? Is he the one who will deliver the rebels fall or the other way around?

He may not one of the good guys in Spartacus: War of the Damned but having him around threatening the downfalls added more spice on the story. Afterall, what is war without an opponent? Lad and of course fanatics, let us join Crassus adventures and story on how he had put his name to history. He got more to offer to us, not just his game but everything about him, so how about cheers for him on the very air date of Spartacus: war of the damned episode 1: enemies of rome.

Watch Spartacus: War of the Damned Episodes

Spartacus: War of the Damned will be the last and final installment of the entire series saga. Of course it was sad news for us. I mean, why, oh why it has to be end. We are simply enjoying everything about gladiator’s world. How they were being ruled with dominant and arrogant highness and what they have been through just to keep alive. The fight scenes inside the arena was also the best, not to mention leading the war outside the wall is much more exciting. The appearances of the women with only tiny clothe covering their voluptuous body was an added salvo to the story. So why it has to end? Steven S. DeKnight, head writer and executive producer of the show reveals in Spartacus: War of the Damned Comic-Con that the series is already taking long but they’ll make the biggest and most insanely epic final season that would possibly could. And they were seriously working hard for it to happen. There will be no regrets for us then but complete satisfaction that will even make us yearn to watch the final season again and again.

This is the newest yet the final installment of the entire Spartacus saga. I know, it was sad news especially that the series was like a movie because everything was done amazingly. But you know guys, there has to be an end.  Steven S. DeKnight, producer of the show however said that this might be the end but they are working for the best and unforgettable finale. Like there are more bloods to see, fight scenes that will glue you to your chair and more fearsome gladiators will to kill and be kill. And whops, there are many and many and many more exciting things to see. Really, Spartacus: War of the Damned is a must watch. Meanwhile, what is a new season without the very first episode to air, Spartacus: War of the Damned-Enemies of Rome is the first to conquer our imagination.
